Project Management
We cover all aspects of project Management dealing with the very first stage of the project (if needed) until the delivery. The project is monitored and managed through scheduled meetings with the design team and contractor, along with ongoing communication to ensure alignment with project requirements.
Cost control, tendering, procurement management, communication, and quality assurance fall within the scope of work throughout every phase of the project life cycle.

Planning
We can offer a Planning Management to all contractors dealing with urgent and demanding projects.
3M designs time schedules based on all projects needs and along with the design and the construction team creates details timelines for each phase of the project.
Meetings with the construction team are set before construction starts to analyse the project’s execution. Further meetings are scheduled after the time schedule is ready to explain the time frame that should be followed. Progress is monitored based on the agreed time metrics.
Any correspondence with the client (or Authorities) and/or any time or cost claims can also be included in our service.

Construction monitoring
The most critical part of our services is the monitoring of the project during construction. With our expertise in construction projects, we can act as the consultant and the representative of the client overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with standards and managing communication between stakeholders.
Either an individual, a contractor or a developer we can supervise the project plan, manage all budget and cost issues of the project and coordinate the construction team to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Structural Surveys and Property Inspections
As members of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber we are qualified in conducting survey examinations in existing buildings and prepare a professional report to the client.
We offer a variety of services: pre-purchased surveys for resale buildings, structural surveys for problematic structures, building regulations surveys and snagging lists to newly purchased properties.
